Shipping policy

1. Free Standard Shipping
Free standard shipping on orders above €150 or $150.

2. Processing Time

We process orders within 1–2 business days. Due to high demand, delivery takes 7–12 business days. We work with international logistics partners to ensure safe and tracked delivery. Last mile delivery happens with PostNL, DHL and Bpost.

3. Delivery Time – Standard Shipping

  • EU: 7 to 12 business days
  • US & Canada: 10 to 15 business days
  • Rest of the world: Please contact us for more accurate details

Please note:

  • All delivery times are estimates and may be subject to customs clearance delays.
  • During peak seasons or holidays, slight delays may occur.

4. Delivery Time – Fast Shipping (€15 additional cost)
Certain products or color variants are eligible for Fast Shipping from our warehouse in Belgium.

  • Additional cost: €15
  • Delivery time: 1 to 3 business days
  • How to select: If your item is eligible, the “Fast Shipping” option will appear as a selectable option during checkout.

Important:
If Fast Shipping is not selected during checkout, the order will be shipped using Standard Shipping by default.

5. Failed Delivery, Incorrect Address, or Unclaimed Parcels

If an incorrect address is provided or a parcel is not collected on time, it will be returned to our warehouse.

Return-to-sender parcels can take 21–45 days to reach our warehouse, as carriers process returns in batches. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control.

You can choose one of the following options:

Option 1 — Wait for the return
Wait until the parcel arrives back at our warehouse. Once received, we can reship your parcel at no additional charge.

Option 2 — Get store credit immediately
Don’t want to wait 21–45 days? We can issue store credit immediately, minus a €10 return fee. You can use the credit to place a new order right away and receive your new parcel much sooner.

6. Shipping and Return information

- Items are shipped from international warehouses.
- Returns are handled in Belgium.
