Shipping policy

1. Free Standard Shipping
Free standard shipping on orders above €30 or $30.

2. Processing Time

We process orders within 1–2 business days. Due to high demand, delivery takes 7–12 business days. We work with international logistics partners to ensure safe and tracked delivery. Last mile delivery happens with PostNL, DHL and Bpost.

3. Delivery Time – Standard Shipping (Free)

  • EU: 7 to 12 days
  • US & Canada: 10 to 15 days
  • Rest of the world: Please contact us for more accurate details

Please note:

  • All delivery times are estimates and may be subject to customs clearance delays.
  • During peak seasons or holidays, slight delays may occur.

4. Delivery Time – Fast Shipping (€15 additional cost)
Certain products or color variants are eligible for Fast Shipping from our warehouse in Belgium.

  • Additional cost: €15
  • Delivery time: 1 to 3 business days
  • How to select: If your item is eligible, the “Fast Shipping” option will appear as a selectable option during checkout.

Important:
If Fast Shipping is not selected during checkout, the order will be shipped using Standard Shipping by default.

5. Failed Delivery, Incorrect Address, or Unclaimed Parcels
If an incorrect address is provided or a parcel is not collected on time, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse.

Return to sender shipments take longer because carriers process returns in batches. This process typically takes 10 to 60 days and is outside of our control.

Once the parcel has been returned to us, you may choose one of the following options:

Option 1
We reship the parcel once it arrives back at our warehouse at no additional cost. Please note that it may take 10 to 60 days for the returned parcel to reach us before reshipping is possible.

Option 2
We issue a refund in the form of store credit for the product price minus a €10 shipping fee. This store credit can be used immediately to place a new order if you prefer not to wait.

6. Shipping and Return information

- Items are shipped from international warehouses.
- Returns are handled in Belgium.
