1. Return Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. You can return your item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Eligibility for Returns
In order to be eligible for a refund, returned items must meet the following requirements:
- The item must remain in its original condition, meaning unworn, unused, and free from any damage.
- All original tags must be securely attached.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Please note that refunds cannot be initiated or processed if these conditions are not fully met.
How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@laipanofficial.com with 'RETURN' in the subject line. Include your order number in the email.
Return Address:
Items must be returned to us in Belgium. The address will be provided once your return request is approved.
Return Shipping Costs:
Please note that customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. These costs are not reimbursed by us at this time.
Tracking Number:
After you have shipped your parcel, you must send us the tracking number by replying to the return email. This is essential to match your return with your order. Failure to provide a tracking number may result in delays or failure to process your refund.
2. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue promptly and make it right. We cannot provide a replacement or refund if the issue is not reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
3. Exceptions / non-returnable items
We regret that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns. However, we encourage you to contact our support team, and we’ll be happy to review your case on an individual basis.
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please note: Items for exchange must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unused, undamaged, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
5. Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take your bank or credit card company some time to process and post the refund. Refunds are typically completed within 10–15 business days.
